175 of those pardoned were released from the rest of the penalty.
25 people sentenced to imprisonment were reduced to half of the sentence.
Among those who fall into the pardon are also a French citizen. Teo Clerk Hugo, born in 1986, was sentenced to 3 years in prison in September 2024 on charges of illegal access to the subway in Baku and draw trains to trains.
